Future Giants,
We’re very excited to start playtesting Reus 2 with you! The game is currently in pre-Alpha stage, which means there is a lot to show and to improve. We need your help in this!
The playtest will start from the 23rd of June to the 3rd of July. You simply need to register here. And on June 23rd, we’ll send you a Steam key.
For the playtest:
- A Steam account is required to test the game
- Steam key and instructions will be sent via email
- The key you'll receive will expire at the end of the playtest
- Depending on how many sign-ups we receive, we can't guarantee to select everybody
- Testers will be manually added, you might receive the key a bit after the beginning of the playtest
In the playtest you’ll be able to:
- Play a short session of Reus, about 30 to 60 minutes long!
- Experience what we did with all the feedback on the original.
- See what direction we’re taking with humanity, and suggest how we can improve.
- Your favorite part: get very annoyed by all the bugs and imbalances that you find, and report them to us.
Our goal is to make the best Reus possible and your input is super valuable! So feel free to share your feedback and suggestions on Steam, or our Discord

Reminder: no visual content about the playtest can be shared online. There is a special mention you validated by registering for the playtest. Thank you!
And most importantly: have fun!
