- Wooden wand is now sold at mainland shops

- Balron's move speed and Ice Devil move speed adjusted back to about what it was before
- Arcana scrolls can't be sold to the mage vendors (ice arcana as an example)
- Major Healing does not seem to heal others (Even in the same guild)
