Character Customization

The Character Customization system has been rebuilt utilizing data assets. Similar to the change made to Roles a few weeks ago this won't be immediatly obvious in-game. However, this is a huge and fundimental change to the way assets are stored, loaded and replicated by the game.

TLDR: The previous system sucked and stored all character customization assets in memory at all times. The new system dynamically loads in models and materials as they are needed.
