Update 77 : Animal Auction House ! and minor fixs

Update 77 :

What's new :

• New animal auction house : players can sell their animals to other players online with a filter system for searching.

Improvements:

• The family tree simulation interface has been slightly revised.
• For the percentage chance of having a passive (animal birth), the two digits after the decimal point are now taken into account.

Corrections:

• Fixed a bug that displayed all branches when at least one grandparent was in the family tree.
• Fixed a bug on "bag" consumable resources, the inventory now closes after the item is consumed.
