Update 60: New downtown merchant and new lake sorcerer

Update 60 :

What's new:

• Addition of a new merchant in the town center who sells rare items for blue star points.
• Addition of the lake sorcerer, who will give great rewards to those who manage to obtain the sorcerer's passage potion.

Changes:

• The empty department store in the town center has been removed
• The cat now gives a random fruit or vegetable (rare)
• Steam page updated (description, languages, ...)
• Added a ginner for new players (helps new players understand seed duplication)

Fixes:

• Loading optimization (waiting time has been lengthened to avoid blocking players with long loading times)
• Correction of potion timers (bug with special potions that lasted only 10 minutes)
• Fixed a bug displaying bonus descriptions when consuming food or potions (remained displayed on screen)
