A light but interesting small update that fixed localisation and specialisations.

- Remove unused stat
- Update missing and fix wrong localization
- First nerf ever of Speed Injection : Attack speed boost with lower boost on each rank
- Remove unused stats from items
- Scale HUD option
- Fixed increase rarity craft with the right quantity of stat primary and secondary
- Fixed price text displaying a "{0}" between the text and the value
- Fixed passive details popup not removed if the mouse was on the passive at the end of it
- Fixed legendary display
- Fixed passive display
- Fixed Junk / Favorite button on item
- Fixed "crit one to humiliate" spe on SMG
- Fixed "next rank" description on specialization popup not displaying the correct description
- Fixed boosts cooldown displayed at the wrong time
- Fixed events and shrine passives not kept after changing map
- Fixed the Experience stat line on item
Oh and today mark the end of the very fist event of Seven Cities : the Halloween event :'(
