Added forklift truck for moving small cargo
Vehicle position now syncs properly when on Wagons/locomotives
Fixed tiny wheels/ levers on Locomotives after a model scale input change
Changed TEM2 wheels for better looking/more efficient ones.
Physics improvements (should stop the jig the tranes somtimes do when rolling very slowly)
Added forklift truck + Physics/network improvments
