We are aware of the issues some PC players have experienced when launching FIFA 23, which are largely related to EA anticheat software. We are actively working on a fix. We see and understand our PC community’s frustration, and we apologize.
EA anticheat is being implemented to protect our players from a minority group of cheaters that try to negatively impact everyone else's playing experience. This was especially important this year, with the expansion of cross-play in FIFA 23. Many players who have encountered errors have been able to play after using one of our help solutions.
To learn how to install or reinstall EA anticheat, and how to fix error codes you may see when using the installer, please consult this EA Help article : https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/pc/ea-anticheat/
We are working to correct all issues as soon as possible. Check https://twitter.com/EAFIFADirect to see the latest updates from Dev, please contact @EAHelp for any issues.
