Beware the Leprechaun! When he strikes only charms can keep you safe.
The Leprechaun is one of many demons that you can select to play against in Cult of Cards. Each demon brings their own rules to the game, giving you a fresh experience every time you play against a different one.
The Leprechaun's rules twist is that his attacks against you can be negated - but only if you've already picked up a charm card in the same turn. If you checked out our last update then you may have already spotted some Perk cards that will come in handy when facing this fearsome foe!
You'll also find The Leprechaun watching you before the game even starts, in the lobby...
Every demon in Cult of Cards will have a fully animated model that will appear in the lobby once it is selected for play. Be prepared for these monsters to menace you as you choose your character and perk cards for the game. If you get too scared then there's always the randomise button to the right-hand side of the characters. Give it a click and you'll be dealt a random character and perk right away.
If you're trying to play strategically with your choice of Perk card but have forgotten what the demon you are facing does, then you can click the demon icon in the top right-hand corner to bring up its card (including full rules text) at any time.
Talking of rules...
Card games can be complicated - but Cult of Cards isn't!
A simple four panel guide, composed of pages like this one, will tell you everything you need to know to get playing in seconds. Get straight into being scared silly, without having to sit through boring tutorials or long learning missions!
Finally, here's a peek at the Cult of Cards main menu.
Here you'll find options for all game modes, as well as the game guide (represented by the book icon in the top-right corner of the screen).
