Dear Party Stars,
We have found that players in some regions may not be able to complete in-app purchases. We are investigating the issue now.
For now, the Steam may need administrative access to fix this. You can right-click the Steam icon and click the Run as administrator option.
If you still encounter this problem, please provide more feedback on the Steam forum and we will keep you updated in our communities.
Thank you for your understanding.
