A new and expanded demo of Sigil of the Magi will be available to play during Steam’s Next Fest from June 13th-20th at 10am PST.
Sigil of the Magi is a roguelike deckbuilder that balances careful and progressive choices with exciting tactical combat. Each playthrough allows players to take on powerful enemies, make impactful decisions in random encounters, and grow more powerful as your champions move through unique maps that differ with each and every game.
With exciting new features available for the first time this week, the expanded demo is full of surprises that’ll keep you on your toes whether this is your first playthrough or your fiftieth.
- We’ve made our second map available so you can get a taste of an entirely new world. With novel enemies sporting powerful abilities, this world will force you to adapt alternate strategies and try out new tactics you hadn’t considered before.
- Your champions are now empowered with new starting cards that speak to their individual strengths and help you explore their unique skills from the very first enemy encounter.
- Finally, boons are introduced for the first time in this demo! With each subsequent run, players are granted a choice of powerful boons which bring more variety to each playthrough as well as open the door for new strategies and playstyles with each run.
