Hello you beautiful people!
It's been a while since our last update here on steam, but just know, we are still hard working on the game!
With the Steam Couch Co-op Fest around the corner, we thought we'd give you a bit of an update on what we've been working on last year:
- Skills and store: get new skill and upgrade them in the store!
- Shell selection: select which shell to use in combat
- Fragility: instead of braking, the shell now becomes fragile. Don't get hit again!
- Objectives: each sub level has a small objective, which gives you sea-stars. Get them all to unlock skills!
- Shared Objectives: co-op mode? hehe, right on theme! we got you covered with shared objectives and skills.
- Seastars: use them to buy new skills
- New overworld: a whole new level!
- New UI: complete overwhole of the UI
- Multi-Player UI: UI that accomodates co-op.
- Game progression Event: new fancy animations with caracters talking to you!
- Game Recap: how did the level go for you?
- Hook Timer: lose and gain time on the hook depending on your actions.
- Add new attacks to Electric Eel and Murena: a whole new skill-set for the two bosses!
- Inside Murena: attack the Murena from inside.
- New Biome: we got started on a new biome.
- Biome Switcher: switch between biomes, discover a whole new region.
- Armor: some monsters now have armor, only certain shells are efficient against that!
- New Smol Eel: better smol eel animation!
- Pollution/Ink: cool effects, the enemies and Hermit disappear in the ink/pollution!
- Temporary Health: get some temporary upgrades, they are only good until you lose them.
- Pickup Plankton: you now have to collect the plankton!
- Hammer redirect: didn't time it right? redirect the hammer smash a bit.
- Summon: summon new shells, ask Bromedes for help!
