Language support:
The game now supports custom localization files. In the games folder there should be a folder called "Languages", where all the files relating to localization should be. A language requires 3 files + 1 ini of it's general info. You can use the ones already there as reference on how to write/format these files.
Other fixes:

- Added some temporary sounds for saving and teleporting
- Fixed some objects not pausing
- Fixed player sometimes randomly making dust particles
- Tweaked Player non-action-speedup system (going faster if not shooting etc)
