Hello, this is Gretel and Winslow’s Mansion.
We would like to inform you of several major issues that have been identified following the December 30, 2025 update.
Known Issues
1. “Master of the Magic Circle Puzzle” Achievement Bug
Among the newly added achievements, we have discovered a bug where the “Master of the Magic Circle Puzzle” achievement cannot be unlocked as intended.
While the achievement may be completed through a specific unintended route, it cannot currently be unlocked through the normal, intended gameplay flow.
2. Screenshot Feature Not Working Properly
A bug has been identified where the first attempt to take a screenshot after starting the game does not capture the screen properly.
All screenshot attempts after the first attempt work as intended.
Please keep these issues in mind while playing.
We are working to fix the identified bugs as soon as possible.
