Hello Flippers!
🔨
In today’s devlog we’d like to introduce you to some of the most important mechanics 📝 in our game!
You might wonder how to get your commissions.🤔 Well… It’s simple! There will be a computer 🖥️in your office where you can select any job you want from the ones listed.

Starting with a simple wall painting, 🖌️through fixing the cabling ⚡ and montage of heating systems 🥵 to even modifying the structure 🧱 itself to meet your client’s expectations. New, harder jobs will keep popping up as you develop your business! Not only will you get to choose the jobs that warry in both the difficulty and payment 💰but also have access to special random tasks which will be randomly generated. 📝
Speaking of painting… At first you’ll be given a simple paint roller 🎨but as you progress within the game, you’ll unlock the possibility to buy more advanced tools such as paint sprayers, brushes and paint rollers providing you with an ability to create more complex patterns! 🤩
Oh, don’t forget about the paints! As you'll unlock more and more types of paints as well as ones with more unique patterns. 🧑🎨 All of this so you can experiment and find the combinations most suitable for your vision! 😀

Many of you are interested in finding out more about the building system.🏗️ We’ve decided to go for one that provides you with an ability to modify the floors, walls and ceiling without bringing down the entire building. 👷🧨 The tools are at your disposal would you decide that’s what it takes to meet your client’s expectations and needs. 😎

About the flips… Well, you’re bound to dispose of the garbage at some point. 😑 In our game we decided to go for an easy and quick approach which is simply putting them in the garbage bin.🗑️ Later on, you’ll be able to speed up the process by hiring a cleaning company to do it in your stead. 🧹🧍
Last but not least, you’ll get to decide the layout inside the flipped garage! 😍 Every piece of furniture, poster, pot or lamp… You’ll be able to move them all and rearrange the space to your liking! 🥰 🎉
