Spread Your Wings With The Sands of Time
Octoshark Studios is happy to introduce our very first PVKII Texture Pack contest in cooperation with GameBanana.

Contestants have 30 days to create a pack of 5 or more environment textures (or texture variations) that are compiled and ready to be used in the PVKII classic bt_forgotten!
Created by Jahhur, optimized by Ubermann, and revised by others, bt_forgotten has gone through all but one necessary transformation. Now is your opportunity to contribute and publish your work into an established, free Steam mod quicker than you thought possible. On the journey to become 100% stand alone we hope to give our maps what they truly deserve. May you be the one to sculpt the true beauty and detail potential of this gem of a map? Will you leave your mark on this world so your contribution will never be forgotten?
The judges will include Jahhur, the original map creator, Ubermann, our go to mapping and optimization extraordinaire, and Gaz, the creator of our most polished, classic maps bt_island and bt_pinegrove.
Prizes
1st Place: $100, Your content in game, a PVKII Contributor title, 1 PVKII Shop Item of Choice and an achievement name or title inspired by you in the map/game
2nd Place: $50 and 1 PVKII Shop Item of Choice
3rd Place: $25 and 1 PVKII Shop Item of Choice
Submissions are due on or before May the 22nd 2015.

3.1.1 Patch Update News
In other news, our very soon to be released 3.1.1 hotfix has become more of a larger sized update, and has taken more time than we initially expected. However, we are beginning RC testing and we hope to have it released some time later this month or in the first week of May by the latest. We will show you the changelog in anticipation of the release.
