A small message for a small patch making some changes to the Constitution such as the fact that some choices within it will block others.
Patchnote :
- Taking into account incompatibilities within the Constitution ;
- Addition of a button allowing to approve the new Constitution ;
- Establishment of the Constitution of the Cubist faction.
