Creatures Of War is a violent, action-packed, Metroidvania-inspired, adventure RPG. You’ll explore a massive island, savagely combatting unfathomable monstrosities in 2D souls/doom combat. No Mercy. Kill, Upgrade, or Perish.
Electrifying Combat: Unleash the power of your arsenal. Swiftly dodge your foe's attack and counter with a shotgun blast to the face. Scope in from distance and blast your enemy into ruin with a bolt action rifle. Flanked from two sides? Freeze your enemies in place with a cryogrenade and mow down the opposing enemies with an automatic 20MM grenade launcher. The combinations are endless.
Explore Ko'Verest Island: Every biome that you'll visit is ruggedly unique and tough, bursting with new creatures, treasures, and secrets to uncover. But Be Warned: Some secrets are better off left alone.
Unravel The Truth: Across the island's luscious landscape lies an expansive network of abandoned buildings. You have been sent in to investigate the island as well as the disappearance of Delta squad. As the fierce combat operative Mike Ludwig, it is up to you to uncover the tragic events that took place and to conquer its evils.
Ascend Your Weaponry: Collect treasures and currency to fund weapon upgrades that will tear down even the biggest enemies. Sometimes all you need is a little extra firepower.
Augmentation Successful: Herbs collected throughout the island can be used for brewing tonics and potions. Some will temporarily buff your resistances to certain elements while others will permanently increase your health or stamina.
