Greetings, friends!
We're the Dark Citadel team, and we have some big news. Previously we worked on For the People official simulator, the debut of Brezg Studio, and now we're ready to use the experience we gained in the first project of our division.
So, meet True Magician. It's a non-linear RPG-like Sorcery! and Choice of Magics narrative game about a young apprentice wizard named Aidan. Here ancient secrets intertwine with the intrigues of the king's court, danger lurks where you least expect it, and magic grants its adherents incredible abilities - or destroys them irrevocably.
Together with Aidan you will go through many trials, discover his true potential, master the forbidden magic of the Void - and become a true wizard! Of course, if his witchcraft doesn't attract the attention of Those whose voices come from the other world...
True Magician is an interactive adventure in the best traditions of text quests: the story branches depending on the choice of the player, the world reacts to his decisions, and important characters can become enemies, friends or even more than friends... We added elements from RPG to the classic formula - combat system, inventory and development of magical skills. In addition, specially for the game was drawn art - a relatively uncommon guest in text games.
In the future we will reveal a lot of interesting things about our new project and its inhabitants. There will definitely be a demo-version to give you a closer look at the game - the exact date will be announced later. In the meantime, add True Magician to your Steam wishlist, so you won't miss anything!
