GHPC Early Access has been updated to version 20230401.1.
This is a minor update, introducing small adjustments and bug fixes. We are aware of additional crashing issues in the new April Fools missions and will be working on solving them.
As a heads-up, the April Fools content in GHPC is traditionally time-limited, so after a week or so, the special missions and hit feedback cheat will be removed from the game. The advancements in content, such as CAS, helicopters, and BMP-2, will of course return in future missions.
Changelog
- Fixed crew settings that led to BMP-2 floating up into the air when the game was paused
- Fixed configuration issue that led to some armor not working properly, especially for Abrams tank
- Fixed configuration issue that led to AAR X-ray meshes appearing in the wrong places
- Fixed an issue that could cause mission launches to fail if volume settings were corrupt
- Fixed BMP-2 main sight mistakenly having some laser rangefinder functionality
- Fixed bomb blasts ignoring all the effects of armor if they were strong enough to defeat the armor at all (this will not save you from CAS but might help at medium distances)
- Fixed an issue that would cause CAS planes to appear jittery in flight
- Fixed BMP-2 night sight having excessively high sharpness
- Fixed mistaken reference to Su-22 CAS in a mission briefing
- Fixed smoke and fire appearing in AAR mode
- Flipped falling bombs the right way around
- Removed BMP-2 spot from WIP model showcase on Grafenwoehr range
Thanks for playing!
