Youkoso!
With the release of version 1.0, we want to extend our deepest thanks to all of you who joined us in Early Access. Across 25 updates—major updates, patches, and hotfixes—you’ve helped us bring Sengoku Dynasty to the 1.0 version. Now, as you dive into the world of Sengoku Dynasty with the most important and biggest update ever, we're excited to share what’s next on our journey together. Our commitment doesn't end here; we’ll continue enhancing your experience with new features and improvements.
Here’s a glimpse of what’s ahead:
Enemy Raids
Prepare your defenses! Soon, your town will face enemy raids, adding a new layer to combat. Get ready to strategize, protect your people, and defend your home against these threats. As always, if you prefer a peaceful playthrough, you can disable this.
Enhanced Heir System
An extended heir system will allow you to secure your legacy within Nata Valley. Children will stay in the village rather than heading to the monastery, letting you cultivate your dynasty’s future close to home.
Seasonal Challenges
Brace yourself for harsher winters and seasonal events! New status effects will make each season distinct, requiring smart planning and resource management to keep your dynasty thriving through nature's toughest challenges.
New Animals
Expect new animals to roam the lands, enriching the ecosystem and adding fresh opportunities (and dangers!) as you expand your domain.
New Map
A fresh map is coming, offering unique environments, resources, and challenges, perfect for exploring new playstyles and increasing replayability.
Procedural Quests
To keep the gameplay fresh and engaging, procedural quests will be added. These quests will present you with new objectives and rewards, giving you dynamic goals to pursue as your story unfolds.
Spiritualism & Karma
Spiritualism will deepen with a new karmic system, connecting your actions to a spiritual journey that will impact your dynasty’s path forward.
Performance Optimizations
We’re committed to ongoing optimizations to ensure a smoother experience, with consistent improvements to performance as we continue adding new features.
Thank you for being a crucial part of Sengoku Dynasty! We can’t wait to hear your feedback and see where you take your dynasty.
Connect with us here, on Discord, or on social media, and let’s continue this journey together!
