Lemme know if anything's broken.
Guard mode / Shield
- CT drain on activation was removed, unless spammed.
- Now the CT drain begins after holding the style action button for half a second.
Basically, this allows you to use the shield for parrying more often, as it doesn't drain CT immidiately.
To compensate for the adjustments, the usual drain after half a second is now faster, and the spammed drain is also higher.
This applies to all characters that can use Guard mode or the Shield.
- Minor improvements to slash effect duration.
- Fixed an issue where Skip Intro and Skip Tram ride didn't work on new save files for new players. (Wow.)
- Added a UI element to the tram ride to make it more obvious that you can speed up the ride by using Style Action.
- Character Switcher - On the gamepad now only activates when not using the lock on button, this is to make sure that target switching and character switcher both can be used on the gamepad without overriding each other.
- Character Switcher - Now shows the selected character's weapons in the UI when switching. This also fixes the issue with wrong icons being selected on character switch.
- Fixed description for Huntress's skewer move.
- Fixed an issue where weapons would turn invisible if you spammed attack during taunt, interrupting it.
- Fixed an issue where the movelist didn't apply correctly during character switcher. (It worked for me in my debug area, so I guess that went unnoticed.)
- Fixed an issue with the upgrades menu not storing HP/MP upgrades correctly.
- Fixed an issue with Enerith playing dodge animation when trying to use the shield while standing still without locking on.
- Air taunt for Enerith and Shamir can now be triggered while moving, so the game doesn't just "eat" the input.
- Fixed an issue with Enerith being able to jump infinitely after doing any aerial attack.
- Kair - Sky Wrath - damage increased.
- Huntress V2 - Hot Hands - Reduced how much CT is consumed per shot for all weapons.
- Huntress V2 - Coin Toss - Damage now multiplies with each ricochet.
- Enerith - Corrected hitbox sizes in some of the actions.
- Enerith - Fixed the CT drain inconsistency in Character Switcher when switching to Enerith while his doppelganger was active with another character.
- Improved hit detection by two entities by giving enemies a way to store multiple player IDs and iframes caused by them. That also resolves the same issue where the second player hits a target at the same time as the first player in coop.
- Gamepad specific - Fixed an issue where checking for idle didn't work correctly on the gamepads because I was using Input.anyKey instead of the custom input system that is used for everything else.
- Shamir's Sinner gauge is now visible in character switcher as it is able to be filled by other characters when playing with character switcher.
- Shamir's Sinner gauge now charges faster.
- Shamir's needle release timer has been reduced to activate faster.
- Dominika - Increased some hit boxes to make attacks a bit more consistent.
- Dominika - Adjusted the lock moves value to ensure the attacks always hit when spamming fist attacks.
- Dominika - Adjusted Freeform Brawler's description and name to make the chain mechanic a bit more obvious.
- Toothpick's pulling visual might be fixed. I am not sure, but I can't repro it.
- Some hitboxes got additional knockback.
