Many players have reported that prolonged training on wooden poles results in character death. This is actually due to the fact that using wooden poles for training consumes the player’s Mind State. Once fully depleted, this triggers an affliction of Madness, which leads to a decrease in vitality and eventually death.
Additionally, some players have mentioned that abilities such as Forging increase too slowly. However, after consulting NPCs with levels higher than the player's, corresponding experience bonuses are applied: a one-level difference grants a 50% efficiency boost, a two-level difference gives 100%, and so on.
