In this update, I endeavor to update and increase the visual fidelity by adding new items in many categories to make the game look better and feel more responsive and believable.

There are now chunks of flesh and gore laying around many of the indoor areas. This portrays the idea that the hivemind is starting to slowly take over the base and gives the player a sense of danger as they face the Telkar threat.
The virus seems to be spreading!

I have also added a new pipe system that adds detail and contours to some of the more square and boring looking indoor and outdoor manmade areas.

Another new addition are posters and signs all around the moon base that convey a workers union that were angry at the management of the base and seems like they were in the midst of trying to arrange a coup of the moonbase's management.
This portrays an unevenness and unsettling feeling within the levels, a sense of wrong.

There are now more outdoor items such as new windmills that are quite massive as well as satellites and other random structures that make the moon surface feel more lived in and populated.
There is also a bigger variety in outdoor surfaces and patios with new tents and structures built on them. This shows that people were not only working on, but also living on the base. This shows that there was an actual community.

There is now a new generator unit that makes a faint noise and generates some light for some of the lesser lit areas in the game. This also helps with the "lived in" feeling that the game is trying to convey.

There are also now more mining related items such as more variety in crystal formations and more believable crystal pieces. There are also now mining vehicles that makes the outside mining areas feel a bit more explored and seem like they were once being mined.

I have added some new crates and boxes, that will help with variety in open but enclosed areas, to make the spaces feel more realistic.

These new assets combine to help make the base an overall better looking and more believable location for players to traverse.
Adding balance yet beauty to map and level design can be a big challenge but its one that will keep being updated and explored during early access.
Happy hunting, Operator8!
