We have received various feedback from mercenaries after the October 25th update, and we are here to share the answers to the received feedback and CROWZ’s future plans.
We appreciate everyone taking the time to share with us their valuable feedback. Please note that even if your feedback is not included in these contents, we are carefully checking all the received feedback, which you are welcome to share through Customer Support or our communities.
So, let’s check out the answers we have prepared and CROWZ's future plans below!
1. About adding new firearms / vehicles
A. Request to add new firearms.
> We can see how much mercenaries are waiting for the new firearms’ release by leaving feedback and suggestions on it, and we are also working hard to prepare new firearms as our top priority.
We will continue to release new firearms every quarter, and we promise to notify you through a related notice when we are ready to present new firearms.
B. Request to add new vehicles.
> We consider launching various new vehicles in addition to ASV, which was added through the last update.
As vehicles can significantly affect the gameplay, we are considering overall game balance and performing necessary tests before the release.
Therefore, we are currently in the review process, and we ask for your understanding that it takes some time.
We will be back with news about cool new vehicles very soon.
2. About adding new skins
A. Request to add new ASV skin.
B. Request to add new helmet item.
> We have received many suggestions and opinions regarding the new skins.
For the case of skins, it is difficult to present them in a short period of time, since various factors such as the item’s value, etc. must be considered when planning it. However, we would like to inform you that we are continuously working on it.
We promise to do our best to present new skins for our mercenaries to use, and if there are any suggestions and ideas for a design or type of a skin you would like to be released, please leave a comment in the community or through Customer Support.
3. About adding free in-game currency
A. Request to add free in-game currency that can be obtained by playing the game.
> We have confirmed that many mercenaries have requested to add a ‘free in-game currency’ system, which can be acquired by playing the game.
Therefore, the development team is actively reviewing free in-game currency and the development of the items that can be purchased with it.
We will make sure to prepare it in a way that can benefit the gameplay of mercenaries, so please look forward to it.
B. Request to add ‘Firearm trial’ item.
> Firearm trial that lets new mercenaries try out currently unlocked weapons seems like a great idea.
However, as CROWZ has a system where unlocking firearms according to the level and experience is designed as a compensation, which adds to the sense of achievement and provides a reward that can be achieved by playing the game, it is difficult to provide a positive response to this request, unfortunately.
Nevertheless, we will continue to review various ways in which new mercenaries can try out firearms in the future as well.
4. Feedback on the price of shop items and requests for outfit diversity
> We have received various opinions and feedback on shop items, such as adjusting its price, improving the design, and diversifying the product line.
As we continue to develop and design new items, we will think about how we can improve on this part by providing more options for skin, color, design, and change of appearance, even if it is the same item.
Regarding the item price, we will make sure to hold various discount events where you could purchase items at a special price.
5. About improving Squad Operation mode
> As for the improvement of Squad Operation mode, we are aware of this matter; however, improvements should be performed in consideration of the overall mode’s design; therefore, there are some difficulties in improving the mode within a short period of time.
However, as many mercenaries are looking forward to the improved Squad Operation mode, we will continue to work on it based on the feedback you have shared with us.
6. About adding new systems
A. Request to add Competitive Play and Rank system.
> We believe that competitive play and rank systems can create additional in-game goals and make it more fun, so we will consider various matters, such as methods of obtaining scores, rank classification, etc., and actively review them.
We will notify you through announcements when competitive play or a rank system is introduced in the game.
B. Request to release event maps.
> Developing and providing a specific map within a short period of time is somewhat difficult, unfortunately. Therefore, we are not currently considering releasing an event map for a specific period of time.
However, even if it is not an event map, we will do our best to prepare and provide more content, systems, and event updates so that mercenaries can enjoy CROWZ even more.
C. Request to release a female character.
> A lot of mercenaries have shown keen interest in the release of a female character, so we are planning on releasing it through future updates.
However, as we are currently working on various issues, such as correcting occurred bugs and performing improvements to the game, it is difficult to give an exact schedule for the release, but we will do our best to prepare and introduce it as soon as possible.
7. Feedback on the held events
A. Complaints about community events.
> Currently, we are preparing various events to provide a more enjoyable game experience for the mercenaries.
We are also considering holding events such as Twitch Drops with partner streamers, as well as other various events so that mercenaries can participate more.
When a new event is scheduled to be held, we will notify you through a notice.
B. Feedback on the lack of the events.
> After the September update, we have prepared and introduced various events such as the Happy Halloween event, Update News Sharing event, Ranking event, and others.
As some mercenaries have shared with us such feedback on the events, we will try our best to bring new events in the future after a thorough discussion on what can make CROWZ even more enjoyable for our fellow mercenaries.
