Greetings, mercenaries.
We would like to inform you that the PING standards have been changed when finding a match when your Region is set to Automatic.
This is applied to enable a smoother matching process and kindly access the game after taking note of the changing standards.
[Changes in PING criteria for automatic matching]
Before: Matching in regions with less than 100 Ping
After: Changed to matching in regions with 300 Ping or less
※ In the initial matching process, the areas with the best Ping conditions are searched first, and then areas with 300 Ping or less are sequentially matched.
Period applied: Immediately after the notice is posted
※ There is no separate maintenance or client patch, and after being applied, the matching will be applied from the room where the new matching is in progress.
Through continuous monitoring, we, CROWZ, promise to make continuous efforts so that our mercenaries can access the game in a more optimized environment even if the PING standard is slightly mitigated.
Should you experience any troubles regarding this, please let us know at any time through our customer center or community.
Thank you.
