Greetings, mercenaries!
We, the CROWZ team, have received valuable feedback from many mercenaries after the July 19th update, and we would like to share our future plans regarding some major suggestions.
1. About matching not proceeding normally.
> After adding the new map and server regions, some mercenaries have reported that they've experienced difficulties finding a game.
We are currently reviewing various ways so that this issue can be alleviated, and we would like to inform you that we are planning to provide a system, which will automatically start matching when there is a game available in another region.
In addition to this, if the matching does not proceed normally prior to the improvement regarding the matching system, we recommend checking ‘How to manually change the region’ guide through the link attached below and accessing regions with larger numbers of players matching.

We will do our best to provide an improved gaming environment as soon as possible.
2. About improving the Quick Match feature.
> We are constantly reviewing ways to enable our mercenaries to enjoy all maps provided in the game.
We are preparing to improve the Quick Match feature, which has been suggested by many mercenaries, and we will do our best so that everyone can enjoy a variety of maps.
3. About improving the Squad Operation mode.
> As our fellow mercenaries all know, CROWZ has released two new maps for the Blood Zone mode through the recent updates.
We are aware that many mercenaries enjoy the Squad Operation mode as much as the Blood Zone mode. We are planning on gradually improving it by taking various suggestions received from our mercenaries into account.
If there are any confirmed changes, we will notify everyone through an announcement, and we promise to do our best to make the Squad Operation mode more enjoyable.
4. About adding new firearms.
> We are continuously preparing the release of new firearms by reviewing all of the gun-related suggestions sent by the mercenaries.
However, we ask for your kind understanding that it may take some time as we have to consider various aspects including the balance. We are currently considering adding new firearms every season, through the seasonal update.
If there is any new information related to the addition of new firearms, we will notify everyone through an announcement.
5. About adding a ‘Hide Nickname’ function.
> We have received feedback from our partners and streamers who carry out CROWZ live streams saying that they are experiencing difficulties due to other users intentionally interfering with the game while watching their live streams.
As CROWZ aims for a fair game, we will do our best to prevent inconveniences to the mercenaries playing CROWZ by seeking various methods to resolve this matter.
6. About adding a first-person only mode’s stats in Record.
> Since the release of the new first-person only map ‘Whale Town’, our fellow mercenaries have provided various feedback on improving the map.
Among the received suggestions, several mercenaries have requested the addition of the first-person mode records, and we will actively review this suggestion. In addition, we will review all of the received feedback and do our best to make the ‘Whale Town’ map even more enjoyable to play.
7. About improving hitbox (headshot) registration.
> We have received feedback regarding hitboxes (headshots) registration not working normally. We are currently internally reviewing the hitbox registration to improve it for more precise registration of headshots.
However, we ask for your understanding that the reviewing process may take some time.
Thank you.
