Hello everyone,
We’d like to share an important update regarding the future of Royal Wars Farm TD and the direction of the project.
Change in Project Ownership
Over the past months, the structure behind the project has changed. Shadow Profile, the studio that originally published the game, is no longer operating.
Because of this, the development and maintenance of Royal Wars Farm TD has transitioned to a single developer from the original team, who will now be responsible for continuing development and supporting the game going forward.
The goal is to ensure the project remains active and continues to evolve.
Changes to the Game’s Store Model
As part of this transition, we will be simplifying the game's distribution model.
The DLC will be removed from the store, and its content will be included directly in the base game.
Moving forward, Royal Wars Farm TD will transition to a premium game instead of a free-to-play title with DLC. This change will help support ongoing development and future updates.
Players who already own the game will continue to keep it in their libraries.
Current Development Focus
Right now, the main priority is optimizing the game and improving overall performance. This includes work on:
Performance improvements
General stability
Internal systems preparation for future features
These optimizations will make it easier to expand the game moving forward.
Upcoming Update
A new update is planned for later this month, which will include the first wave of improvements.
More features and content are planned after the optimization phase is complete.
Thank you to everyone who has played and supported Royal Wars Farm TD during Early Access. Your feedback continues to help shape the future of the game.
More updates coming soon!
