Removed Login/User Account buttons
Removed need to Login to submit High scores
Added 5 High score tables in the Pause menu (One for each Difficulty)
Integrated Steam Leaderboards for storing and displaying high scores.
Points are now correctly added to player's score when killing mobs on lower difficulties and lower levels.
Flying monsters now have 25% more HP
