Hello Mercs,
Community is super important to us at Bromio as we want to build this retro-future roguelike with you! Aside from getting feedback for the demo (Download now), this also extends to this Kickstarter campaign as well! Curious? Stick around and learn more!
Sticky Business!
Today’s Update is all about picking out a Sticker that you can get as an Add-On or with the Synthia tier onwards. We’re letting the community vote on their favourite and the winner will be selected as the Sticker in our Kickstarter reward.
Take a look at these fun stickers below:
Some Megin baddies
Morgan being cute!
Juno is here!
Our resident good boi, Moog
M & M goodness
So, where will all this voting take place? Come on over to our Discord server, where we have a #Voting channel where we will put this important matter to vote. We'll be doing this in batches so you'll get to vote on each sticker in the near future.
So vote with an emoij reaction and determine the swag in your near future! The fate of this reward lies at your fingertips.
Side Scroller zine!
We got featured in Side Scroller zine’s issue this week! It focuses on highlighting indie devs in each issue so do give the free zine a scroll by clicking the image below:
We’re On TikTok!
In 2022, are you really an indie game dev if you’re not on TikTok? Well, probably, but riding the platform’s generous algorithm does certainly help. If you’re not following us there, you’re missing some nice content like this one below:
Our 'nice' development budget.
With our studio based in Mexico, you’ll also see some deep cuts and callbacks to some more local legendary memes like Morgan with an I C O N I C costume.
And, you’ll also get a look at some more behind the scene goodness like our Art Director’s desk tour:
Thanks again for helping to grow our community! Aside from the Kickstarter, it also means the world to us if you can Wishlist our game as it helps give the game more visibility!
Thanks for reading this, and be well.
Bromio team.
