Changed the maximum components length from 16 to 20 characters
Bug fixes :
- Fixed a bug where creating/editing any components would enable the 'Always on screen' and 'Always on top' features of the bar
- Fixed a bug where the Settings window wasn't opening at the center of the screens with a resolution inferior to 1920x1080
- NewTaskbar.exe will now properly close NTSteam.exe when exited
- Fixed a bug where clicking on a non application component while having unsaved settings could ask two times to confirm the action
Enjoy !
