Changes:
- Dangerous Lands quest reward increased from 100k to 1 million gold.
- Declaring Independence quest changed from creating your own Kingdom to joining a Kingdom instead, as there are too many Kings/Queens with very few vassals.
- Only Kingdom leaders can found new settlements.
Fixes:
- Villagers following you after having their conversations.
