Stardust no longer spawns in Title Screen and Section Creator

• Title screen no longer spawns Stardust
• The Section Creator no longer spawns Stardust
• During the Test Run you will no longer come across Stardust.

This was a quick fix that coincided with an attempt to fix the Multiplayer issue since the last version of Rumble Runners. See announcements to find if the bug persists.
