Hotfix Patch Notes
Thank you all so much for your feedback since the 1.0.1 release.
For the past 16 hours we’ve been working non-stop to address the most critical issues; especially warp-related crashes. We tested every possible scenario we could reproduce and made several major structural adjustments.
We hope this resolves the issue for everyone.
Below is the complete list of fixes and improvements included in this hotfix:
Stability & Critical Fixes
Warp Arrival Crash Fixes: Several core systems related to warp transitions were rebuilt. Multiple rare crash scenarios have been addressed.
Fixed: After completing a Plunder operation, players were unable to manually warp to another system.
Fixed: Players could not warp to their mothership after raids, preventing docking and fast relocation.
Fixed: Manual warp becoming unresponsive in certain raid → travel transitions.
User Interface & Accessibility
Subtitles now scale correctly at all resolutions, and their size can be adjusted from the settings menu.
CTRL key binding is no longer hard-coded. Rebinding CTRL will no longer open the minimap simultaneously.
Audio
Corrected volume issues affecting Volken's voice introduced in the previous hotfix.
Radio & ambient music balancing improvements (ongoing).
Gameplay Fixes
Missions
The “Cut Communications” step during Talk with Karun now progresses properly.
Fixed: A progression blocker in the “Rise of WRA” mission during the capital station construction step. This issue should no longer occur. Players who have already encountered the bug can resolve it by leaving the system and returning once.
Fixed: In the “Saving Anka” mission, the “Help the Pilots” step would not progress if a side mission was active in the same system. This is now fixed. If you are currently stuck, simply exit the system and come back to refresh the objective.
Ships & Perks
First-person view obstruction inside the XM-1 ship has been removed.
Fixed an issue where ship items were duplicated inside the Ship Service interface.
Resolved a bug where using a ship perk while entering a planet could force the ship underground.
Dynamic Drone Maintenance perk now deactivates properly when turned off.
Fixed: An alignment issue causing capital ship turrets to face incorrect directions has been resolved.
Fixed: A bug that occurred when ejecting from a ship and instantly re-entering it has been addressed.
Mining
Fixed an issue where mining sometimes added unknown items to the inventory.
The Mining Guild now correctly awards its mining ship after completing the required steps.
New Ship Acquisition
Fixed an issue where newly purchased ships showed “Incompatible Upgrade” errors. Incorrect upgrade slots were being applied — this is now corrected.
Controls
“Hold to …” interactions now behave consistently.
Fixed cases where:
Capturing a fortress mayor didn’t trigger
Reviving a fallen squad member failed
Various hold-based actions did not register
Thank you all so much for your patience and support.
Right now, we have three major specific bugs remaining on our list, and we’re fully focused on resolving them. Once those are fixed, our goal is for everyone to enjoy the game completely bug-free within the next 7 days at most.
Your patience and understanding mean a lot to us, thank you :)
