Dear Players,
First of all – huge thanks for all your feedback, Steam reviews, comments, and screenshots on our Discord ❤️
We’re collecting every message, carefully reading all of it, and we’re now working intensively on implementing fixes to the game. Your feedback is incredibly important to us – and we truly appreciate it.
We are a small indie team and this is our first game. Chinese Frontiers is quite a large project – over 50 hours of gameplay, 4 unique maps, and lots of interconnected systems. Unfortunately, in such a large world, some bugs slipped through – and we’re now fully focused on fixing them.
💬 Despite the issues, we’re really happy to see that 64% of reviews are positive, and many of you see potential in the game – your support and motivation keep us going. We're fighting hard to improve this ratio and deliver the experience you deserve.
🎯 We're currently working on:
Progression fixes
Game balance improvements
🗓️ We’re aiming to release the first patch by June 27, 2025.
We'll share a full changelog when the patch is ready.
Thanks so much for your patience, support and understanding.
Also, big thanks to all the streamers, content creators and players who are showcasing our game – your positivity and encouragement truly keep us going!
🧭 We hope you'll give us the chance to prove that the Chinese world we’ve built is worth diving into – and we’re working hard to make that adventure the best it can be!
Best regards,
The Chinese Frontiers Dev Team
