We've been hunting down the odd freeze/textbox hanging bug on Night 3. It should be fixed now, but please let us know if the issue is still occurring!
Make sure your game is properly updated (may require a restart of Steam). If it still doesn't work, some users have said that pressing the TAB key will bring up the textbox again.
