On Wednesday afternoon Irezumi streets devolved into chaos when gunfire erupted, killing at least five people and wounding a dozen more. This is not the first time that we have had a problem relating to safety in our town. Acts of sabotage and provocations become more and more frequent.
It's not clear how many victims in total were taken from the scene to area hospitals.
"At this time, at least five people have lost their lives, among numerous other shooting victims, including several with life-threatening injuries. We hold those who have died, and their families, in our prayers today, and we also pray for the recoveries of those injured," a police spokesman said to KN.
The police are yet to confirm that the riots are the result of clashes between two corporations Blake Blake & Blake and Nestor. Both refused to comment.
Nonetheless, no one was arrested and charged.
Public opinion puts into question police actions.
No wonder that Valia Juska has already arrived at the scene of the incident. Is her presence a foreshadow of finding circumstantial evidence? Or an attempt to improve the image of the Police Department?
“I’m going to solve this at all costs and make sure that the victims' families will have clarity on who precisely caused the deaths of their loved ones,” she said.
For those who have not heard of her yet, Valia is considered as the hard case detective and famous for her determination in striving for justice. More about her you will find out in our After News Daily.
