Those concrete blocks, kitschy neons and pervasive stench of garbage are my city. This is where I grew up and where I'll die sooner or later. I suppose death is always with us - taking away a beloved one, leaving with pain and regret. We are used to it here. They say you have to seize the day, but they know nothing about you. See, when I was a kid I wanted to create art, like my Father. Big name, big cheese, a true scum like no other. Since he dumped his own family, I had to help my mother. It was a bit of a rough start, but I was getting the hang of this job. Neon graffiti for 5 bucks, a tattoo for 20. Crazy stuff, you know? Years passed. I raised a family, saved some money. And suddenly something must have gone wrong. They took her away from me. Here I am standing in my first tattoo studio, trying to make a living for our son and not let her down.
Anyway, long story short, welcome to my world, dude. Tattoo Punk world.
