We hope you have had a chance to familiarize yourself with your new Overseer responsibilities. There are a few aspects we want to make clear – after all, you are trying to save humanity and we can't have any mistakes.
When selecting candidates for the Ark, you need to make sure that only the best of the best are accepted. We do not, under any circumstances, want criminals, the chronically ill or anyone who is inept. Do not be swayed by bribes, as we will find out!
However, you need to keep an eye out for potential factory workers. While not everyone is suitable for the Ark, some will be perfect for manual labour. Just be careful not to select anyone that poses a security threat to the project.
And, finally, any person you deem to be unusable can be processed into fuel. Pay the price, keep our city nice.
