The team is hard at work adding new mechanics to Anvil Saga. In the meantime, we wanted to share a piece of the game's soundtrack with you! After all, a careful selection of music truly enhances the gameplay experience ;)
When it came to the game’s OST, we were inspired by folk music from both England and France. A variety of styles came to mind - dance songs, craftsman music, war ballads and satirical couplets were all common in the Middle Ages.
In some of the game’s tracks you can hear the classical sounds of the violin and the bagpipes combine together in a catchy folk motif. However, we wanted the music in Anvil Saga to sound more joyful and rhythmic, so we added a modern treatment.
And that's how we picture Arthur, working on yet another order while whistling one of the cheerful tunes ;)
