Greetings!
It’s impossible to run a business without hiring employees. This is what lies in store for you, too. War is devastating, armies need supplies, ordinary citizens need essentials, and you need helpers. Therefore, today we will look at getting help for your business.

Soon after having opened a forge, you’ll understand that there are few professions out there in such high demand as blacksmithing. The line of customers goes on and on, and you’re completely exhausted. In order to effectively complete your orders, you’re going to need another pair of hands. Luckily, there are several apprentices, who want to work for you. Pick one, anyone will do! Or not?
Every worker has features that will affect your business. A pacifist blacksmith will never accept orders from soldiers, as he is bound by his personal code. You might say there's no place for such stubbornness in this business. We say cheap labor is for the mines!

Among the applicants you'll see both religious folk and ex-criminals who can extort some extra cash from simple peasants. They can be talented and skilled, or total screw-ups who’ll need to be trained from scratch. More often than not these features will be hidden, but you can pay your trusted sources a little something for additional info.
Regardless of whom you choose, these guys will have your back when it all goes down. Eventually, they'll become essential workers through developing their skills and will be able to learn new specialties such as woodcarving or jewelry.
That's all for today. Be on the lookout for the messenger next week!
Respectfully,
The Anvil Saga Team
