Enter into the Endless Possibility!
Hello, Admirals.
There has recently been a continuing trend in the purchase of Red Gems with real money
in a way that is not authorized within Uncharted Waters Origin.
We are currently continuing to monitor illegitimate transactions
and are proceeding to restrict and withdraw products from suspicious accounts.
Please note that users who purchase Red Gems via illegitimate means may not be able to acquire the Red Gems normally, and any accounts that are determined to be related to such illegitimate activity may face gameplay restrictions.
Please also note that if the card that was used for purchase is a stolen or lost card,or if the card is connected to criminal activity,
we cannot offer any assistance with issues that may arise from the user being misunderstood as being involved in the related crime.
Finally, if you find any suspicious activity related to the transaction of real money in the chat,
please report the relevant user by submitting their Company Name to Support. We will proceed to investigate the reported user.
Uncharted Waters Origin will take strict measures against any illegal activities,
and we ask users for their cooperation in helping to create an ethical and fair gaming culture.
Thank you.
