Do you remember the picture books that your mother opened for you every night before bed when you could only speak in murmurs? Regardless of which one, its artistic style must have been fresh and healing, making even children who couldn't read unable to resist flipping through and appreciating it.
The twenty-four solar terms are one of the scientific treasures of the Chinese nation. It was completely established before the 1st century BC, and the agricultural calendar formed by it has been guiding the agricultural activities of the Chinese nation from ancient times to the present. Its significance is significant and profound.
The game 24 Solar Terms chooses to present the content of the 24 solar terms in the art style of children's picture books. We hope that players will not feel a strong sense of style and heaviness when entering the game, but instead a feeling of refreshing and healing. In this atmosphere, they can appreciate the beauty of the changes of the 24 solar terms.

To achieve this goal, we adopted different approaches in rendering different objects:
For the character design, we adopted a popular visual language style, except for retaining Chinese elements on some characters, it mostly embodies a rural artistic style.

For the design of the houses, we completely adopted the style of children's drawings, which visually speaking, does not have a particularly distinctive style and is more easily accepted.

In terms of puzzle design, we use easy-to-understand puzzles to help players understand Chinese culture without requiring them to have a cultural background:
Shennong's Taste of Hundred Herbs
In the puzzle about tea culture, we introduced the legend of the discovery of tea and used humorous animations to show the story of the myth of Shennong tasting a hundred herbs.

Thunder God and Lightning Goddess Assist in Harvest
The thunderstorms during the Grain in Ear season are extremely precious to some regions, and we have added mythological characters to the puzzle background to make the lightning and thunder more fairy tale-like.

Wu Gang and Moon Rabbit
The legend of the Moon Palace is a recurring theme in Chinese mythology, and in the Autumn Equinox puzzle, we introduced elements such as the Moon Rabbit, Wu Gang, and the Osmanthus tree in a fairy tale narrative style.

Taking Ice in Twelfth Lunar Month
The activity of taking ice has been a common practice in northern China during the twelfth lunar month, from ancient times until now. We introduced this process through a concise and simple seek-and-find puzzle.

In short, 24 Solar Terms hopes to introduce the traditional Chinese twenty-four solar terms, which have been passed down for thousands of years, to the world through the artistic form of children's picture books, and to encounter the profound in a relaxed atmosphere.
