We have got you covered with this PINNED Overlay Update.
It allows user to turn any window into an overlay.
A customisable hotkey has also been provided where you can toggle the overlay on and off for the ease of controlling the overlay window while in game.

Change Details:
-Added an initial pop up screen to set up hotkey if it has not been set before
-Added a slider at the bottom of the main UI to control opacity of the Pinned window
-Toggle the hotkey to switch between the opacity that you have set and no opacity
-Changed the original wording "Exe to pin" into "Press F1 to Pin" to remind users the hotkey for pinning
-PINNED is now initialised in a state where it will not steal focus when you interact with it
-User guide has been updated to include the latest changes
