Patch 1.1.7

- Changed required time for Maestro rank on stage 3-8. It is easier now
- Fixed issue in stage 3-8 where the sound played when the raspberry spawns would be too loud
- Fixed issue in stage 4-13 where it was possible to tongue-grapple the lava waves
