7/5/23 PTR Patch- Classes now have their own preset starting gear

Updated classes to have their own sets of starting gear
Added rings, amulets, and belts slots- actual items are still WIP COMING SOON
Speculative fix- VOIP disabled for first 10 seconds of spawning to see if that helps prevent Unreal Engine bugs related to infinite loading
