An international duel takes place at the Horizon Backstage this week, with two Japanese racers taking on American customized vehicles. Which side of the Pacific Ocean are you choosing?
First, it’s elegance in motion—Lexus’s staple luxury coupe, the 2021 Lexus LC 500! Voting for this team means voting for a 5.0-liter V8 engine in a car designed to corner as quickly as possible. First appearing in the Japanese Automotive update, the 1995 Toyota MR2 GT returns with its Ferrari-inspired aesthetic and construction to secure your vote!
Team America sends a customized monster as the first car on its team—the 2018 DeBerti Ford Mustang GT. On the outside, this car features a personalized look with a unique body kit, rims, lights, and hood; but the inside is pure Mustang power tradition. Teaming up with this wild horse comes a turbocharged natural phenomenon: a pickup rebuilt and repurposed to race—the 1991 GMC Syclone!
