There is a new greater spirit (40 hp, 10 attack) with the Chain Trap trait, that automatically tethers spirits that would die. It's the main target of a quest in the bathroom.
There are now short little combat tutorials as part of the story.
There are also many small changes to the game.
Old saves are obsolete.
