Greetings, fans!
The team is aware that some players are randomly experiencing an issue wherein a matching server is automatically selected as a different region.
Due to this reason, we have found that some of the players' battle record pages are incorrectly displayed.
As a troubleshoot, we would like to ask players to select your original region by [Settings] → [Gameplay] → [Change Matching Region].
※Please note that the same issue won't happen after setting up.
We understand this can be very frustrating for everyone.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Our team will try our best to fix the issue as soon as possible.
Once the fix is applied, we will let you know via an announcement.
Thank you.
