We would like to inform you about the known issues confirmed after April/26 maintenance.
◈ Known Issues Details
▶ [Issue where part of the Joy of the Harvest item description was missing]
- Description: Increases the Hero's Magical Power by 60, Magical Penetration by 10, and Mana by 250, and decreases Skill Cooldown by 10% upon defeating 70 T-ons.
- Actual: Increases the Hero's Magical Power by 60, Magical Penetration by 10, and Mana by 250, and decreases Skill Cooldown by 10% upon defeating 70 T-ons and monsters.
- Solution: The skill description will be modified.
▶ [Issue where part of Phase's Synchronizer (RMB-Skill)'s skill description was missing]
- Description: No Hero Mana consumption info for Synchronizer
- Actual: The Hero's Mana is consumed each second while using Synchronizer
- Solution: The skill description will be modified.
▶ Issue where a frame drop occurs when the skill screen (Ctrl) is exposed after setting the interface language to Arabic/Hindi/Thai/Russian
- Solution: We recommend you to set the game interface language to a language you're comfortable with until the issue is resolved.
▶Issue where all elixirs become deactivated when an elixir is purchased after purchasing 6 items from the Training Ground
- Solution: Select a different hero from the one that caused the issue, then re-select the hero.
- Solution #2: The above issue will be fixed through a future Update.
▶ Issue where a new player's mouse/keyboard does not respond at times after finishing the Tutorial
- A hotfix will take place to fix the issue. An additional announcement will be made when the hotfix schedule is finalized.
The team is currently working on the known issues to find solutions. Notices will be sent out for any additional issues and updates on the situation.
